Thankful - Day 9

Today I am thankful that things continue to move with the house.  The civil engineer and excavator came to do the perk test for our new septic (because with the addition we have to install a new septic).  They found a perk and it sounds like we got the best of both worlds. We will have to do a raised system but because of the downward slope of our side yard the "raised system" will just level out the yard.  It's nice to know that one more hurdle has been surpassed .... NEXT!
