Adventures in sleeping rail-less

The "big girl bed" vs. "crib" transition has been an adventure to say the least. We have had a bumpy ride with naps.  Lots of piling books on the bed, lots of piling animals and toys on the bed, lots of "mommy I came back!" hall running moments, lots of being put back to bed and eventually falling asleep.

Lil has done really well at night though.  She hasn't gotten out of bed once overnight .... until today.

4:20 - Lil's talking woke up George
5:20 - Lil's 1st attempt to get out of bed followed by a few more attempts to get out of bed/ piled books on her bed
6:00 - Lil climbed into mommy's bed & read a book to herself
6:30 - Mommy gave up and had hot coccoa while daddy finishes some paperwork and coffee
7:00 - Lil closed her door and crawled back into bed
7:05 - Lil = fast asleep 
7:10 - Mommy gets her out of bed because it's normal wake up time.
7:11 - Lillie runs back to her room and closes the door again.
7:15 - Lillie = back asleep already
moments later ... Gotten out of bed again because ...  it's still her normal wake up time.

Now - Seriously cranky bug.  I sure hope she naps well today.
