7 months

New things: still rolling everywhere, just MUCH faster. She is very stealthy at grabbing or sniping things. You really have to keep an eye on her. In just the past week she's been getting up on her hands and knees and rocking. We figure that means crawling is coming soon. She's already starting to pull herself forward a little bit in a very early inch worm type crawl. She's big enough that we had to stop using the bassinet part of the pack and play.

Talking/signs: no words yet but she stops and kinda smiles for a second when you say "more" during a meal and she's being fussy. I could be just making it up but it seems like she's starting to understand the word. Still had fairly recognizable differences in cries and cooing: I'm lonely, I'm happy, I'm giggly, you're silly, something hurts....

Teeth: 2. The bottom 2 in the front have both come in. The second appeared right around thanksgiving. There was LOTS of fusing right around that time. She's getting really fussy again and gnawing on her hands like crazy so we predict another shiny white arrival soon.

Sleeping:  sleeping is all over the place. She's been waking up 2+ times per night. We think she got in the habit of waking up to eat in the middle of the night and created a routine that we're trying to change. We started using the pacifier in the middle of the night instead of feeding and she was settling fairly well. But then the past few days even that isn't working but we really think that is more tooth related.

Eating/
Drinking: still taking at least 3 bottles a day. She's eating a whole bunch of new foods and hasn't found anything she didn't really like (except maybe avocado but that was ok once we mixed it with something else.) She's eating rice cereal, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, pears, apples, peas, carrots, bananas, and yogurt.

Height/Weight: over 16 lbs, and in the 95th percentile for height. We're making the transition to 9 month clothes and even some 12 month clothes too.
