Josie: 3 months

New things: smiling a ton. She esp loves to smile at fans, family, and the thermostat. She also likes to stand. She's not a big fan of sitting up, more accurately she doesn't like to fold in the middle. She likes to stand on your lap or lay on her play mat. She is also just starting to hold her head up during tummy time instead of sucking on her hand and falling asleep when she isn't crying. It only lasts for about a minute or 2 but it is starting to happen.

The tears, oh the tears. They kill me. Up until now when she cried it was just sound and a cute scrunched up face but this month the tears appeared in all their glistening drippy glory. 

Talking/signs: cooing up a storm. She gets especially "chatty" when someone is talking to her. She likes to "talk"  to fans, the thermostat, and the bird that hangs from her play mat

Teeth: 0

Sleeping:  7-8 hours at night. Takes a few long naps during the day.

Eating/Drinking: nursing every 3-4 hours during the day and getting a little fussier at night/ eating more closely together. She still has at least one bottle every day just before bed. She is starting to take 5 oz of milk instead of her typical 4 oz. Things will change soon when she starts day care and we have to rely more on bottles.

Height/Weight: 23 in, 12 lbs 6 oz.
