In the past few weeks we discovered that Lil can actually reach the pedals on her bike and move on her own this year. George pulled his bike down and got new tires. He found a bike trailer so he could take Lil for rides. The only thing we still needed was a bike for me so we went bike shopping. I got to ride bikes around the store and test drive them.
We went out for a quick lunch at Kelly's Roast Beef while I was making my final bike choice. The great thing about Kelly's is that there is a huge fish tank with brightly colored fish. Lil loved watching them. The restaurant was also giving out carnations to all moms. A very sweet touch.
After we got home we hooked up the trailer to George's bike and we took a family ride around town.
