What a difference a week makes

Last week we went on our high flying adventure.  We flew over Plum Island and I took a few quick pictures.  Then this weekend we were hit by a typical winter storm but months/ years of typical and not so typical storms have hit plum Island.  This last storm was the last straw for some of those homes.  It's so weird to think that some of the very homes in my pictures from last week are now gone or will be demolished soon.

I am very thankful that my family was able to come through the storm safely.
