12 months - 1 year

New things: she is enjoying the new car seat better than the old infant carrier but certainly does not love it. She loves crawling into things, cruising along furniture, walking with help. (She's starting to stand on her own for small chunks of time and doing really well walking holding only one hand so we think walking on her own is really close.)

She loves being outside but with the crawling tends to get splinters on the top of her foot because she's always pulling her shoes off. Loves to look out the window and watch what's going on outside.

Talking/signs: She's saying dadadada and the occasional mamamama.  She is starting to say more and please in sign language. 

Teeth: 8

Sleeping: She usually takes 1 really long or 2 short naps during the day.  We get Lil to bed and then Josie gets her last bottle of milk and then gets to bed around 9:00-10:00ish and sleeps until 6:00.  She tends to get fussy in the middle of the night when she is cutting a new tooth but we seem to be past that at the moment. 

Eating/Drinking: eating almost everything we put in front of her. She is definitely showing preference for certain things (fries, pasta, bread, fro yo) but will usually eat anything provided it is small enough.
